Terms & Conditions — 1777but Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the individual user (referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User"), and 1777but (referred to as "1777but", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). The Terms govern your use of the 1777but website accessible at https://1777but.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, promotions, payment facilities, and any other features offered on or through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I agree" checkbox, making a deposit, or continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you unambiguously acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. The Terms apply to players accessing 1777but from Bangladesh and from any other jurisdiction where access to the platform is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 1777but complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Use of the 1777but platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either one you have placed on your own account through the 1777but responsible gaming tools or one imposed by a national or international gambling exclusion programme — at the time of registration or at any point during active use.
• Not prohibited by local law: You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute or regulation applicable to you personally.

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 1777but platform. This restriction applies regardless of the device, browser, IP address, or payment method used. If 1777but detects that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or consecutively — all accounts beyond the first verified account may be closed without notice, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and the net balance (deposits minus any bonus-funded winnings) may be refunded to the primary verified payment method at 1777but's discretion.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 1777but account and not reuse it across other services.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 1777but does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 1777but bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 1777but account balance as soon as the payment provider confirms receipt of funds, typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified 1777but account.
• Before your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed in full. This includes submission and approval of government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum single withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on your financial institution.

• Funds that have been credited to your account through a deposit must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal, irrespective of whether a bonus is attached. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 5.

The platform operates a strict policy against facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Any account found to be used for the purpose of processing payments without genuine gambling activity — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "payment cycling" — will be closed immediately and the matter may be referred to relevant financial crime authorities.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

• Eligibility: Promotions are available to verified players who have met all KYC requirements unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, the default requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

Where bonus abuse is identified, 1777but reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and close the account.

In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules prevail with respect to game mechanics and payouts, while these Terms prevail with respect to account conduct, payment processing, and dispute resolution.

The following fair play obligations apply to all players:

1777but reserves the right to void any wager, withhold any payout, and close any account where there is reasonable evidence that the above provisions have been violated. Where such violations are connected to organised fraud or financial crime, 1777but will co-operate fully with relevant law enforcement authorities.

In addition to the specific prohibitions described elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1777but platform. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 1777but.
• Attempting to access the platform or any player account using credentials that do not belong to you.

• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory toward 1777but staff, live dealers, or other players in any chat or communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or logic of the 1777but platform or any game hosted on it.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions or jurisdiction-based limitations.
• Engaging in chargebacks — that is, disputing a valid deposit transaction with your payment provider without first exhausting 1777but's internal dispute resolution process. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for any funds already withdrawn.
• Operating or participating in any affiliate scheme, referral programme, or marketing arrangement involving 1777but without our prior written authorisation.

1777but employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor platform activity continuously. Players whose behaviour patterns are flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced verification requirements, temporary withdrawal holds, or account suspension while an investigation is conducted. 1777but will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by security measures applied in good faith.

Closure by the player: You may request the closure of your 1777but account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 1777but will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will cause the associated bonus balance to be forfeited at the time of closure.

Suspension or closure by 1777but: 1777but reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated).

Where an account is closed by 1777but due to a proven breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Verified real-money deposits not connected to the breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method at 1777but's discretion following the conclusion of any internal investigation.

Dispute resolution: In the event of any dispute relating to account closure, withheld funds, or the application of these Terms, players should first raise the matter with the 1777but support team at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. 1777but's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation and application of these Terms is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law in Bangladesh.
